A small website of your own, for a couple of euros a month.
How it works
You write your page in a plain editor and press publish. That is it. No page builder, no template gallery, no cookie banner, nothing to keep an eye on. Here is one made with it: Café Thiel.
Price
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Pages included | Page limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | 2 € | 22 € | 1 | 3 |
| Premium | 4 € | 44 € | 10 | No limit |
| Extra page | 1 € | 11 € | – | – |
All prices are final. No VAT is charged (§ 19 UStG, small-business rule).
Batteries included
Your own address, a theme that already looks right, and a page that loads fast and works with JavaScript switched off. No plugins, no updates, no settings to work through.
Less is more
There is no blog, no shop, no analytics, no comment section. All of that is missing on purpose. Wanting a blog is a perfectly normal thing to want, though: paperboat.website, by the same person, does exactly that.
Before you pay
Make an account and build the page first. Building is free. You pay when you want it online, monthly or yearly, and you can stop whenever you like.
Make it yours
Two colours, three fonts, and headings and text a step bigger or smaller. If the two colours you pick are too close to read, they are moved just far enough apart and you are told what changed. Photos you upload go straight into the page. Everything else is already decided for you.
A page you can leave alone for a year and still be happy with.
