Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post, or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

In a contract for the supply of services, your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the service, provided that we began performance only after you gave your express consent and confirmed at the same time that you were aware of losing your right of withdrawal upon our full performance of the contract.

Beginning before the period ends

We publish your website as soon as your first payment is confirmed, which is before the withdrawal period has expired. Immediately above the „Zahlungspflichtig abonnieren“ button you may make the following declaration about that. It is reproduced here in German because that is the wording you actually agree to:

Ich verlange ausdrücklich, dass Sie vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist mit der Ausführung der Dienstleistung beginnen. Mir ist bekannt, dass ich bei einem Widerruf Wertersatz für die bis dahin erbrachte Leistung zu zahlen habe und dass mein Widerrufsrecht bei vollständiger Vertragserfüllung erlischt.

In English, that declaration reads: I expressly request that you begin performing the service before the withdrawal period has expired. I am aware that if I withdraw I must pay compensation for the value of what has been performed by then, and that my right of withdrawal expires once the contract has been fully performed.

Making it is optional and the contract is concluded either way, and your site goes live either way. If you make the declaration, we begin at once; should you then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for what had already been provided, we refund the rest, and the right ends once we have fully performed. If you do not make it, we still begin at once; should you then withdraw within fourteen days, we refund what you paid in full and you owe us no compensation for the days already served.

We store which version of that declaration you were shown and which way you decided, verbatim and dated, alongside your subscription, so that it stays possible to establish later what you decided about. Either way your right of withdrawal lasts fourteen days; beginning early does not remove it. What a withdrawal costs is set out under “Effects of withdrawal” above.

The German version of this notice is the operative one. This English version is a translation provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy the German version shall prevail.
