Cancel a contract

This is a translation for convenience. The German version is the operative one and shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.

What this page is

You can end any contract you concluded with simpler.website here: ordinary or extraordinary termination, with no login, no password and no reason required. This is the confirmation page required by section 312k of the German Civil Code.

Your cancellation takes effect when you submit it. We confirm its content, the date and the time to you at once on this page, and again by email to the address you give.

You may also cancel by an informal email to mail@marvinthiel.com. The two are equivalent.

Address for the cancellation confirmation (only fill this in if it should differ from the address above)

The button above reads “jetzt kündigen” and nothing else, because German law prescribes those words for it. It submits the cancellation.

What we do with what you enter

We store your entries and the time they arrived, in order to process the cancellation and to be able to evidence its receipt (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR, section 312k(3) and (4) of the German Civil Code). We do not store an IP address with it. See our privacy policy.
